How can the current Servants encourage the younger generation to serve and be more active doing so?

Encouraging service among  youth must begin with offering good examples. The Holy Gospel was spread by good example as well as preaching. Did you know that a good example has often been termed the "Fifth Gospel?"

We know throughout history that saints led others to believe in the Lord Jesus Christ through their examples of steadfast faith. "Let your light so shine before men that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in Heaven" (Matthew 5:16).

Our Lord Jesus Christ said, "Learn from Me..." The Apostle Paul wrote to the believers, asking them to follow  his example. St. Paul said to his bishop St Timothy, "Take heed to yourself and to the doctrine, continue in them, for in doing this, you shall both save yourself and them that hear you" (I Timothy 4:16).

We should take being examples seriously and live by what we teach. In doing so, the servant will show others their love for God, their steadfast faith, and fruitful life. This will attract  those who hunger for  spiritual growth and joy in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.
