Can we say that Lamech (Genesis 4:18) was the first person who brought the action of sin (el onf) on earth (other than Cain)?

Two areas of sin are attributed to this Lamech: polygamy and violence. He is the first to be mentioned as having more than one wife. Our Lord Jesus Christ reiterated the goal of marriage with His answer to the Pharisees, "Have you not read that He who made them at the beginning 'made them male and female,' and said, 'For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh'? So then, they are no longer two but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let no man separate" (Matthew 19:4-6). The second area of sin attributed to Lamech is similar to that of Cain, for Lamech is also noted to have killed, and furthermore, to have even boasted about it.
