Although God knew that Job had fallen in a sin of self righteousness, He still said about him: "none like him on the earth, and he is blameless". what is God’s measuring scale for righteousness?

Could you please explain to me that part from Holy Book of Job 2:3 "
although you incited Me against him to destroy him without cause
."
How long did Job endure his trial? I heard it was for 33 years. He lived 70 years, and then suffered 33 years, and as in Job 42, he lived another 140 years after the trial.
I heard some fathers explain that Job was NOT in fact self-righteous. Is this true or not? Some fathers say he was just trying to figure out why God allowed such a trial.
Why did God take everything from Job except his wife?
