Priest Ordination -Lubbock, TX

March 3, 2019

COLLEYVILLE, TX. March 3, 2019 -- On Sunday, March 3, 2019, the diocese was blessed with the ordination of Fr. Nicholas Wassef for the St. George Coptic Orthodox Church in Lubbock, TX as H.G. Bishop Youssef performed the "laying of the hands" with the presence of H.G. Bishop Metias and H.G. Bishop Gregory. This blessed event was attended by some of the Diocese priests, visiting laymen, and the Lubbock community. We pray that the Lord will grant Fr. Nicholas wisdom, love, and peace as he begins his new service.
