Tampa, FL - Priest Ordination

October 9, 2016

COLLEYVILLE, TX. October 9, 2016 -- On Sunday, October 9, 2016, the diocese was blessed with an ordination of Fr. Joshua Gerges for the St. George Coptic Orthodox Church in Tampa as H.G. Bishop Youssef performed the "laying of the hands". This blessed event was attended by Bishop Peter, Bishop Abraham, some of the Diocese priests, some of the Nashville community and the Tampa community. We pray that the Lord will grant Fr. Joshua wisdom, love, and peace as he begins his new service.
