Bishop David, H.G. Bishop Peter, H.G. Bishop Saraphim, H.G. Bishop Basil, and H.G. Bishop Gregory, elevated Fr. Eleia to hegumen. Fr. Eleia has been serving within the Diocese of the Southern United States since December 10, 2000. We pray that the Lord will continue blessing his service.
