Could you explain the meaning behind the differences in the various rituals of the processions after the Ascension?

Actually there are no processions at all during the weekdays. The processions are on the feast of ascension, the 6th Sunday, and the feast of Pentecost. These three processions are full processions and commemorate the resurrection of the Lord and His appearances.
