In Holy Gospel of St. Mark 4:12 (also mentioned in the Holy Book of Isaiah and in the Holy Gospel of St. Matthew 13) why did our Lord Jesus Christ say, "lest they should turn and their sins be forgiven"? Why wouldn't He want them to turn and be forgiven?

Our Lord wanted everyone to be saved and understand all the mysteries of His Kingdom "At that time Jesus answered and said, "I thank You, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that You have hidden these things from the wise and prudent and have revealed them to babes." (Mt 11:25). However, as in the Holy Book of Isaiah 6:9,10; 43:8 we find that God sometimes, in a way of righteous judgment, gives men up to blindness and delusion of mind  because they would not receive the truth nor have a desire for  it (2 Thess 2:10-12).
