What does Usury (al-Reba) and Extortion (al-Morabaha) mean? Are they ok? Why or why not?

'Reba' means usury which assesses outrageously high interest rates to keep the borrower in debt longer. Extortion is an illegal practice of demanding money, or a percentage of money, through threats and force. Neither is okay.
