Our youth leader is a godly man, I look up to him and I learn a lot from him, but sometimes I feel he is biased towards some kids. Is this possible, for a godly youth leader to do this?

We are all human being prone to mistakes. Being a youth leader is a great responsibility before God and those served. I wonder if other youth feel the same way as you do. Have you discussed your feelings with your priest? You did not mention in what way he is biased. If you are sure of them, I recommend that you approach your leader in a nice way and reveal to him your concern. Pray for him that the Lord may  open his eyes and ears to be more sensitive to all the youth and not be a stumbling block for anyone. Since you do acknowledge that he is a godly man and respect him I am sure that he will take your comments with an open heart.
