Fr. Daoud Tawadrous is the priest for St. Anthony Coptic Orthodox Church located in Maitland, FL. On August 12, 2001, H.G. Bishop Youssef ordained him priest. He began his service in St. Mary & Archangel Michael Coptic Orthodox Church in Oviedo, FL. Then in 2011, H.G. Bishop Youssef asked him to serve in St. Anthony Coptic Orthodox Church. On January 31, 2021, H.G. Bishop Youssef, with the presence of H.G. Bishop Peter, H.G. Bishop Saraphim, H.G. Bishop Basil, and H.G. Bishop Gregory, elevated Fr. Daoud to hegumen. Fr. Daoud has been serving within the Diocese of the Southern United States since August 12, 2001. We pray that the Lord will continue blessing his service.
